Does Pak Legal Desk provide legal advice?
No. We provide software, templates, and a directory. We do not provide legal advice and we are not a law firm.
Does using Pak Legal Desk create an advocate-client relationship?
No. Such a relationship is created only when you separately engage an independent advocate, and only between you and that advocate.
Registration and Pricing
What does registration cost?
The one-time registration fee is PKR 5,000.
Are document templates and contract generation free?
Yes. All document templates and contract generation features are free for every user. Only the one-time registration fee and optional subscription plans for advocates and law firms are paid.
What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted methods are displayed at checkout.
Subscriptions
Who needs a subscription?
Optional plans for advocates and law firms wanting expanded storage, additional case management features, or multi-user access. Regular users pay only the one-time registration fee.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes, unless cancelled before the renewal date. We email you before each renewal.
How do I cancel?
From your account dashboard, or contact support. Takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?
Pro-rata refunds available within 14 days of the current billing period. See Refund Policy.
AI Services
Can I rely on AI-generated content for legal decisions?
No. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Independently verify any AI-generated content before relying on it. See our Legal Disclaimer.
Advocates and the Directory
Who provides the legal services listed?
Independent advocates. Pak Legal Desk is a technology platform. We are not a party to any engagement between you and an advocate.
Does Pak Legal Desk verify advocates?
Listing does not constitute endorsement or verification. You are responsible for independently verifying credentials.
