This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of the agreement between Pak Legal Desk (“Processor” or “we”) and any business customer, law firm, or enterprise client (“Controller” or “you”) that engages us to process personal data on your behalf.
This DPA is provided in compliance with Article 28 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and, where applicable, the UK GDPR.

- Hosting providers (server infrastructure)
- Payment gateways (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, banks)
- Email and communication service providers
- Analytics providers (Google)
Pak Legal Desk will inform the Controller of any intended changes to sub-processors, giving the Controller the opportunity to object.

7. Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach, Pak Legal Desk will notify the Controller within 48 hours of becoming aware of the breach, providing details of the nature of the breach, the categories and approximate number of data subjects affected, and the measures taken or proposed.
8. Audit Rights
The Controller may, at its own cost and with reasonable notice, audit Pak Legal Desk’s compliance with this DPA, not more than once per year unless required by a supervisory authority.
9. Liability
